Play a game to lower your score

What number are you trying to break? 100,90,80,70? You can do it within your next 4 rounds if you play this scoring game.

Divide your round of 18 into 3's....the first 3 holes count as one set...and so on. Now, let's say you want to break 80 (use whatever number you're close to hitting most times out)...your goal is to be no more than 1 over for each set. If you hit those numbers, you will be 6 over for the round, and will have reached your goal. Adjust that number for the overall score you are going to break (if it's 90, you want 2 to 3 over/set and so on)

It's really that easy to do. Why? Because this forces you to focus on a short-term goal (3 holes) rather than the long term goal (18 holes).
You can do this. Believe in yourself, and it will happen.

Thanks for reading, keep it in the short grass,
